Features
Measurement modules can be freely combined according to needs
IMS-PHF Equipment Dynamic Analyzer Single-Channel Optional Features Version includes all single-channel optional features of the VMS-PH: spectrum analysis, time-frequency analysis, vibration transmissibility, dynamic analysis, etc. On-site measurement and analysis can be performed right next to the machine that needs troubleshooting.
It helps users quickly and accurately find the root cause of equipment problems, restore normal operation of the production line, and maintain the expected utilization rate of the equipment.
High-Speed Dynamic Analysis
The dynamic analyzer can record instantaneously changing equipment movements and minute motion signals. It can adjust equipment parameters based on data to stabilize machine movements. It can also convert acceleration, velocity, and displacement as needed.
Dynamic Analysis
For repetitive cyclical movements or constantly changing equipment actions, the unique built-in algorithm clearly records and depicts the subtle movements of robotic arms and moving devices, and determines motion quality in real time.
Vibration Transmissibility
Targeting the shock absorption effect of anti-vibration platforms, the equipment dynamic analyzer can easily interpret the current shock absorption efficiency and ability to filter various frequency components. The chart displays the transmission status of each vibration component.
Speed Quality
If variable-speed equipment is inadvertently operated at resonance speeds or related multiple speeds, it is highly likely to cause equipment damage. It can accurately depict the vibration quality of equipment across speed ranges, providing references for optimal parameter settings.
Dynamic Balancing Grade
Rotating machinery and rotor equipment all have standard dynamic balance calibrations. As the equipment runs, the previously calibrated dynamic balance will gradually degrade. The instrument has a built-in standard dynamic balancing grade measurement function.
Air Bearing Vibration Quality
The VMS®-PH Equipment Dynamic Analyzer targets controllable-speed air bearing spindles to record and measure resonance phenomena caused by spindle rotation vibration within the measurement range, and can switch between acceleration and velocity units.
Rotor Vibration Quality
The system software perfectly integrates built-in ISO rotor vibration specifications with real-time algorithm judgments. Users can instantly read the quality status of rotor components such as motors, pumps, and compressors.
Smart Threshold Spectrum Specification
For complex system equipment composed of multiple actions, it provides self-learning and quickly establishes equipment inspection specifications. Users can define inspection specifications in the factory based on different equipment or action behaviors.
Structural Natural Frequency
Analyzes what structural natural frequencies exist when mechanical equipment is placed in the current environment, providing users with a basis for subsequent structural reinforcement or design adjustments to prevent resonance from affecting the machine.
Multi-Function Spectrum Analysis
Built-in powerful and complete spectrum analysis functions provide time-domain and frequency-domain measurements. Standard Octave spectrum switching is convenient, and it supports conversion of various physical units and linear conversions.
Vibration Meter
Can connect to multi-channel measuring devices to read the vibration values of various measuring points on-site, easily distinguishing the vibration magnitude of each point. It can also convert various vibration units: acceleration, velocity, and displacement.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between VMS-PH and IMS-PHF?
VMS-PH is a complete equipment dynamic measurement and analysis system. The IMS-PHF independently modularizes some of the single-channel measurement functions of the VMS-PH, allowing users to select only the required functions based on actual needs without having to purchase the full configuration at once.
Can I freely choose the required measurement functions with IMS-PHF?
Yes. The IMS-PHF adopts a single-channel optional feature approach. You can choose functions like spectrum analysis, dynamic analysis, time-frequency analysis, vibration transmissibility, dynamic balancing, and rotor vibration quality based on your equipment and measurement needs. This increases usage flexibility and reduces unnecessary setup costs.
When is it suitable to choose IMS-PHF?
The IMS-PHF is more suitable when users only need specific equipment, specific measurement items, or single-channel analysis functions. If a comprehensive, multi-channel, and diverse equipment dynamic measurement and analysis system is required, the VMS-PH is the better choice.
Can IMS-PHF perform FFT spectrum analysis?
Yes. The IMS-PHF offers an optional spectrum analysis function. Through time-domain and frequency-domain analysis, you can observe the vibration characteristics of equipment at different frequencies, helping to determine the vibration status of motors, pumps, fans, compressors, and other equipment.
Which equipment is the IMS-PHF suitable for?
The IMS-PHF can be applied to motors, pumps, blowers, compressors, machining spindles, fans, robotic arms, screws, slide rails, transfer devices, and precision equipment. Users can also select the corresponding analysis functions based on the needs of different equipment.
